Terms of use
Last updated October 10, 2026
By creating an account or using Stillwater, you agree to use it responsibly and follow these terms and the Community Guidelines.
The service
Stillwater provides Bible reading tools, personal notes, a public discussion feed, and a built-in Scripture study guide. Bible text and daily verse features rely on the Midvash API and require an internet connection. Availability and the translations offered may change. Translation attribution is shown with the relevant passage.
The Little Frogger guide uses a local collection of study notes and is not a generative AI service, a substitute for Scripture, or a replacement for pastoral care or professional advice.
Your account and content
Keep your password private and use only an email address you are authorized to use. Account creation currently does not confirm email ownership. You are responsible for the content you submit. Your private notes and reading data are stored for your account; Community posts and replies are public.
Only share content you created or have permission to share. By posting in Community, you allow Stillwater to display that content to other visitors as part of the feed. You can delete your own posts in the app. Account deletion removes your account’s posts and replies from the shared feed.
Respectful use
Do not use Stillwater to harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private information about others, spam, or post unlawful or infringing material. The app operator may remove reported content or suspend access to protect the community. Reporting does not guarantee an immediate response; the current app has no continuous moderation service.
Service and changes
Stillwater may change as it is maintained. Features that depend on external providers can be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything important; the app is not a backup service.
These are starter terms for the current app. Publisher identity, governing law, dispute process, and any age-related rules must be completed and reviewed before launch.
